Who We Are

Design Wave is a full-service interior design firm based in Southern California, founded by Janet Pettersen, NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer.  

I serve clients with services ranging from commercial interior design to interior architecture from the initial planning phase through move-in.  Selection of the space and space planning through the design process of construction plans, details, and FF&E selections is our turn-key approach to ensure a cohesive project.

ABOUT JANET PETTERSEN

With 34 years of design experience, my approach is flexible and responsive.  As a CCIDQ certificate holder I create  Auto cad plans, building department submittable construction documents signed with a CCIDC stamp of certified Interior Designer.

My approach is to help clients facilitate their dream office, by creating functional and architecturally correct spaces that are aesthetically beautiful as well.
